- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Work as part of a team of developers, contributing to the growth of skills and knowledge within the group
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where team members feel supported
- Participate actively in the design and implementation of new features and products
- Advanced student or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with video technologies such as MP4, HLS, ffmpeg, and Norsk SDK
- Solid experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cloud computing
- Experience with Docker and a strong understanding of cloud environments
- Strong communication in English, with experience working with U.S. clients
- Adaptability to change, with a proactive and resourceful mindset to tackle emerging challenges
- A collaborative mindset to help the team overcome challenges
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
